The Cape Land and Sea Harvest culminates on Sunday with a farmers market and the Cape Cod Oyster Festival, both being held on the waterfront in downtown Hyannis, rain or shine (REALLY!).

Season Finale Farmers Market

will be held from

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. (originally 'til 12 but shortened for weather)

behind the Cape Cod Maritime Museum at 135 South Street, Hyannis.

Don't miss the last opportunity of the season to purchase locally harvested produce, flowers and herbs, baked goods, honey, beeswax candles, handmade personal grooming products, and even lobster (bring your cooler)!

Live music will fill the air and there will fun activities for the whole family, including face painting and a nature exhibit courtesy of the Thornton Burgess Museum and Green Briar Jam Kitchen.

A complimentary shuttle service will be running between

downtown parking areas and the waterfront festivities all day.

 

Next door at the Cape Cod Maritime Museum, the Eighth Annual Cape Cod Oyster Festival will be held from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

Feast on raw, fried, baked, roasted and stewed oysters prepared by local restaurants, and sample wines from the best vineyards in the world.

Tickets are $45 and proceeds benefit the Cape & Islands United Way. Tickets may be purchased by calling the United Way at 508-775-4746.
